About Olivia Paz
Welcome to Serenity Now! I'm Olivia Paz, a certified mindfulness coach, yoga instructor, and lifelong student of inner peace. My journey into mindfulness began during my high-stress career in corporate finance. Overwhelmed by anxiety and burnout, I discovered the transformative power of mindfulness and meditation, which not only saved my mental health but also completely changed the trajectory of my life.
After experiencing the profound benefits of mindfulness firsthand, I left the corporate world to dedicate myself to sharing these practices with others. I completed my training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and obtained my yoga teacher certification in Rishikesh, India.
Through "Serenity Now," I aim to make mindfulness accessible and applicable to everyday life.
